Common questions
What can I do on MP3Skull?
You can see the most downloaded songs of the day, search for any song or artist, watch its video and save the track as an MP3.
Is there anything to install or sign up for?
No. Everything works in your browser, with no account and no password.
How is the Top Downloads list made?
Every day we read public streaming charts from English-speaking countries and sort the songs by how much they were played in the latest day. The list is rebuilt daily.
What does the line under each title mean?
It shows the artist and how many streams the song had on its latest day on the chart.
What is the Now Playing box?
A shuffled selection of other songs that are being played right now. It changes each time you reload the page.
Can I choose the sound quality?
Yes. The converter on every song page lists several MP3 qualities, up to 320 kbps, and a video option when one is available.
Am I allowed to download these songs?
It depends on your country and on the rights of each recording. You are the one who has to check it, and the converter is meant for personal use. If you like an artist, support them by streaming or buying their music.
